Zoe Smith
Founder & CEO
Zoe is a changemaker who is passionate about the power of communities. As a journalist, she has covered development issues for media including Devex, The Guardian, The Financial Times, New Internationalist and Rolling Stone Magazine. She has an Msc in Violence, Conflict and Development from the School of Oriental and African Studies and is a fellow of the School for Social Entrepreneurs.

Ricardo Prescott
Head of Learning
Born and raised in the fishing village of Grand Mal, St Georges, Ricardo’s passion for conservation is in his blood. From helping to create the Spice Isle’s first underwater sculpture park to teaching scuba diving at the island’s leading hotels to managing a yacht charter company, Ricardo is invested in a sustainable future for the island. His passion is in helping disadvantaged youth and young adults.

Renee Campbell
Development & Innovation Director
Renee is a seasoned leader in the third sector with international experience in social entrepreneurship, impact measurement, and community-based sustainable development initiatives. She has co-founded and directed NGOs, led social innovation consultancies, and is currently a Grenada National Youth Ambassador and a fellow in the Black Diplomats Academy.
